Goals
This app was built as part of a larger effort to stabilize American Whitewater's tech stack. In short everything was rewritten from the ground up to be more stable and scalable starting with the data model, APIs, and finally the client experiences.
Results
With the release of the new app, American Whitewater was able to shut off some legacy systems and move to a more modern stack saving the organization thousands of dollars in hosting costs each month. For a small non-profit, this was a big win and the main driving factor for the project.
